What we're looking for

Minimum 10 years of combined experience in program management, naval aviation, and carrier-based aircraft development
Direct military or civilian experience working in U.S. Navy carrier flight operations or related design/integration/sustainment roles
Proven success managing complex multi-million-dollar programs with on-time, on-budget completion records
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, moving seamlessly between tactical execution and strategic direction
Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including engineers, executives, and government customers
Secret or Top Secret security clearance required
