What we're looking for

  • Experience in Program Management and contract management with government-focused program offices.
  • Deep understanding of government business development, contract structures, budget cycles, procurement processes, and proposal processes.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project for financial analysis and project management.
  • Bachelor of Science in STEM field or equivalent experience managing software/hardware products through lifecycles.
  • Ability to lead complex projects, set goals, and drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience as a program or project manager in defense, tech, consulting, or similar fields.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
