Senior Technical Program Manager, Ground Systems

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day coordination and execution of program initiatives across multiple teams.
• Provide guidance to team members on finance, operations, and other critical areas.
• Develop a deep understanding of Anduril’s products and customer needs.
• Drive the development and delivery of new proposals with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies for the program.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact program delivery and efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Experience in Program Management and contract management with government-focused program offices.
• Deep understanding of government business development, contract structures, budget cycles, procurement processes, and proposal processes.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project for financial analysis and project management.
• Bachelor of Science in STEM field or equivalent experience managing software/hardware products through lifecycles.
• Ability to lead complex projects, set goals, and drive process improvements in fast-paced environments.
• Experience as a program or project manager in defense, tech, consulting, or similar fields.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and external partners.
