What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional engineering teams for hardware and software products.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs at scale, including risk mitigation and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong technical engagement skills with engineering teams for system-level decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills for regular interaction with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in high-speed digital interfaces, RF fundamentals, and test equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing test strategies, methods, and automation.
