Senior Director, Product Management, Platform Services, Unified Customer Graph Platform

What you'll do

• Stand up 0-1 capabilities and rapidly scale platform infrastructure for business use.
• Define "jobs to be done" for the platform while serving as the voice of the customer.
• Develop operational data quality tools that span the full data lifecycle.
• Build and scale new types of entity resolution to solve real-world business problems.
• Create self-service and contribution capabilities to scale the customer data and permission ecosystem.
• Leverage LLMs and AI agents to research, build, and deliver product impact.
• Lead cross-functional teams through technical problem solving and complex project execution.
• Hire, coach, and manage a team of Product Managers.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
• Strong product fundamentals with technical familiarity to lead cross-functional teams through problem solving.
• Experience leveraging LLMs and AI agents to build, research, and deliver impact.
• Proven track record of people management to hire and coach Product Managers.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous 0-1 spaces to achieve clarity while aligning others.
• Platform and systems thinking to create a modern graph platform for critical datasets.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
