What you'll do

  • Define the multi-year vision and roadmap for the next-generation automated fraud decisioning platform.
  • Integrate fraud platforms with enterprise infrastructure to create a unified, real-time decisioning ecosystem.
  • Implement LLM and agentic AI capabilities to build an automated defense against sophisticated fraud attacks.
  • Manage and mentor a team of product managers while fostering a high-performing culture.
  • Oversee the execution of complex architectural builds across 10+ technical and sprint teams.
  • Drive multi-year strategic planning and influence budget allocation for critical fraud infrastructure.
  • Expand the defense engine's capabilities horizontally to support multiple lines of business and external partners.
  • Ensure all platform capabilities meet regulatory requirements and maintain auditability for automated systems.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating complex business strategy and technical challenges into a data-driven product roadmap (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience building and leading teams of product managers (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in innovative technology environments (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience building business-critical AI and Machine Learning products (preferred).
  • 1+ year of Fraud and Cyber Security experience (preferred).
  • Strong communication skills with a track record of influencing senior executives (preferred).
