Senior Director, Product Management, AEC Data

What you'll do

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for the AEC Data Model and Autodesk Forma industry cloud.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps focused on customer outcomes from concept through post-release adoption.
• Attract, scale, and lead a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Owners across a global organization.
• Establish and track strategic objectives, key results, and product health KPIs to measure business impact.
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with global customers to articulate product value and differentiate from competitors.
• Conduct product discovery to identify critical customer problems and work with engineering to deliver viable solutions.
• Prioritize requirements and make data-driven trade-offs in collaboration with internal Autodesk product teams.
• Represent the AEC Data Model and broader company strategy at external venues, conferences, and customer sites.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience in product management.
• 5+ years of experience managing a team of product managers.
• Proven track record of successfully developing and launching software products.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams on sizeable cross-functional and cross-organizational projects.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to make well-informed decisions and develop business strategies.
• Experience and comfort managing stakeholders, risk, and uncertainty.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation abilities to communicate product strategy and vision.
• Ability to collaborate with a global team and travel for work up to 25% of the time.
• MBA degree (preferred).
• Deep understanding of AEC industry technology (preferred).
