  • Lead the shift to an AI-first GTM model by embedding intelligence across forecasting, pipeline management, and partner motions.
  • Define and execute a modern, scalable systems roadmap for Sales & Revenue ecosystems including Salesforce and CPQ platforms.
  • Own and optimize the full revenue lifecycle from lead to deal, ensuring alignment in pricing, quoting, forecasting, and commissions.
  • Drive accuracy and transparency in pricing, packaging, and commissions through innovative system and process solutions.
  • Build next-generation partner and digital buying capabilities for co-sell, self-serve, and data-driven GTM motions.
  • Establish a unified data foundation to enable AI-powered insights for revenue planning and pipeline health.

What we're looking for

  • 18+ years of leadership in global Sales, Revenue Operations, or Business Technology functions.
  • Proven experience architecting large-scale digital transformations with AI and automation.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise ecosystem tools (Salesforce, CPQ, Clari) and data architectures.
