What you'll do

  • Define and lead the global AI fluency strategy and multi-year roadmap for the Global Commercial Strategy Organization.
  • Establish the enterprise capability framework, including proficiency standards, operating models, and governance approaches for responsible AI use.
  • Design and scale a comprehensive AI ecosystem featuring role-based learning journeys, certifications, and communities of practice.
  • Drive organizational change management by identifying priority workflows and embedding AI into daily work processes to ensure behavior change.
  • Translate advanced technologies like generative and agentic AI into measurable business outcomes and productivity gains.
  • Manage the AI fluency budget, including investment prioritization, resource allocation, vendor engagement, and ROI measurement.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with internal and external partners to integrate innovative AI solutions into the organization.
  • Establish governance, measurement frameworks, and executive reporting for AI adoption across various business units.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Advanced degree in business, organizational psychology, learning sciences, data science, artificial intelligence, technology management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience leading global, enterprise-scale transformation, digital/AI adoption, capability building, and change management in complex, regulated, matrixed environments.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, agentic AI, digital productivity tools, enterprise adoption models, and responsible AI principles.
  • Ability to translate emerging technology into practical, role-based adoption strategies and measurable business value.
  • Experience developing global capability frameworks, learning strategies, change plans, governance models, and adoption measurement approaches.
  • Demonstrated executive influence, facilitation, and communication skills to align senior stakeholders and drive enterprise decisions.
  • Strong analytical, program management, portfolio prioritization, and budget stewardship skills.
