What we're looking for

Ph.D. or M.S. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning & AI, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline.
3+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as Langchain, Langgraph, and Llamaindex using generative AI technologies.
Experience working with LLMs from OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, Huggingface, Azure, and AWS Bedrock.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and source control platforms like GitHub or BitBucket.
Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques including regression, neural networks, and Bayesian models.
Experience in the commercial pharmaceuticals business and working with healthcare data sets like electronic medical records.
Experience implementing AI-driven solutions including evaluation, validation, and refinement of LLM frameworks (preferred).
