Senior Director, Forward Deployed Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead a high-performing expert team to deliver Agentic AI solutions directly to customers.
• Define the long-term strategy for Agentic AI deployments across various industries.
• Establish best practices and reference architectures for multi-agent systems and AI orchestration.
• Standardize the Agentic Development Life Cycle (ADLC) across all customer engagements.
• Oversee project delivery to ensure agents meet customer needs and scale in production environments.
• Evangelize the agentic architecture vision to internal stakeholders, strategic customers, and partners.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership to shape the Agentic AI roadmap.
• Oversee data privacy, compliance, and responsible AI practices in collaboration with security teams.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise-grade applications or enterprise AI systems.
• 5+ years of experience in leadership roles overseeing technical teams.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage executive stakeholders on complex technical roadmaps.
• Expertise in AI implementations including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases.
• Expert-level knowledge of distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and asynchronous processing principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the LLM landscape, including specifications, capabilities, and use cases for frontier models.
• Deep understanding of multi-agent orchestration, data-driven decisioning, and autonomous action design.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time to customer sites.
