The Senior Director, Business Development, Air Defense joins the Air Defense team to develop, test, deploy, and sustain a family of networked sensors and effectors designed to counter UAS threats. This role involves building and executing data-driven strategies to capture growth in new markets, managing programs of record, and fostering relationships with U.S. Army air and missile defense program office stakeholders. The successful candidate will collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and government relations teams to translate client challenges into technical solutions while navigating the Defense Acquisition Process. Key requirements include extensive experience in acquisition, program management, and business development within joint military operations, fires, or air defense. Candidates must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance and demonstrate expertise in managing complex technologies, software, and integrated weapons systems to provide mission-critical capabilities for warfighters in challenging environments.

What we're looking for
Minimum of 10 years of experience in operations, acquisition, program management, business development, or capture within the defense sector.
Experience working with Program Acquisition Executive Offices, Joint Programs of Record, and other stakeholders to field new warfighting capabilities.
Demonstrated success leading the acquisition, management, development, and/or capture of defense programs of record.
Experience addressing technical, programmatic, and operational challenges in developing and sustaining complex technologies and integrated weapons systems.
Ability to identify and leverage relationships with senior officials and program stakeholders within the Department of Defense.
Proficiency navigating the Defense Acquisition Process.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage organizational resources.
Must possess an active U.S. Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred).
