What you'll do

Define product strategy, roadmaps, and success measures for agent creation, governance, and risk controls within the agentOS platform.
Translate complex regulatory, security, and operational requirements into clear workflows for administrators and internal users.
Lead product discovery, including wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and technical requirement gathering.
Establish evaluation criteria, test scenarios, and production readiness standards for AI-enabled platform capabilities.
Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native infrastructure for AI agents.
Collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure auditability and privacy in regulated financial environments.
Manage and mentor a team of product managers while establishing clear priorities and execution frameworks.
Align cross-functional teams on scope, sequencing, and technical trade-offs to meet enterprise requirements.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience in product management for enterprise software, AI platforms, fintech, SaaS, infrastructure, or security products.
Must have 10+ years of experience building and shipping platform products used by multiple teams or user personas.
Must have 8+ years of experience translating technical, governance, identity, and risk requirements into product workflows and release plans.
Must have 6+ years of experience with cloud-native systems, APIs, IAM, authorization, and security concepts.
Must have 6+ years of experience in regulated environments requiring security, compliance, auditability, and privacy controls.
Must have 5+ years of experience managing and developing teams.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Work authorization to be considered for this role.
