Senior Digital Deployment Consultant

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Digital Deployment Roadmaps for assigned Caterpillar dealers.
• Plan annual deployments and confirm dealer priorities, capacity, timing, and readiness.
• Coordinate execution across dealer, program, product, and district teams.
• Maintain accurate dealer commitments, milestones, risks, and status in ADP reporting tools.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to dealers regarding initiative requirements, business value, and dependencies.
• Escalate at-risk deployments through governance channels and coordinate corrective actions.
• Document mitigation plans for technical, operational, and schedule dependencies.
• Support the resolution of implementation, integration, reliability, and performance issues.

What we're looking for

• Knowledge of effective measurement techniques to measure work quality and quantity for improvement.
• Knowledge of major products and services and the ability to apply that knowledge to diverse situations.
• Knowledge of relationship management techniques to maintain healthy working relationships with dealers and product teams.
• Knowledge of software product training to create and deliver training on technology products and systems.
• Knowledge of change control processes to identify, evaluate, approve, monitor, and document changes in production environments.
• Extensive experience supporting digital deployments, IT operations, technology implementations, or program and project execution (preferred).
• Knowledge of program management principles to plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate projects, resources, and risks (preferred).
• Knowledge of Caterpillar’s digital portfolio, dealer operations, systems, and technology environments (preferred).
