What you'll do

Perform upfront technical and operational reviews of deployment projects to ensure requirements are complete and executable.
Identify design gaps, material issues, and risks before work reaches the data hall to enable field execution.
Track milestones, deliverables, and blockers across multiple concurrent data center build deployments.
Review Design Change Requests for technical impact and coordinate implementation across engineering and vendor teams.
Manage low-voltage vendors to ensure compliance with scope, schedules, technical requirements, and quality expectations.
Develop scalable processes and mechanisms to improve deployment quality, speed, and predictability.
Identify recurring deployment defects and implement root cause solutions to improve workflow efficiency.

What we're looking for

Must have 6 to 10+ years of experience.
Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Must possess deep low-voltage infrastructure knowledge.
Must have strong project management capabilities.
Must have technical deployment experience.
