Proficiency in C++, Python, CUDA, and deep learning frameworks is essential, along with knowledge of GPU-based simulation platforms and automotive standards such as ISO 26262.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience building or driving integrations of software and SDKs into products at a major technology company.
  • Advanced degree in STEM, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
  • Proven leadership in strategic partnerships with automotive companies.
  • Hands-on expertise in enterprise-scale software development, data pipeline automation, AI model training, or synthetic data generation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to articulate value propositions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience negotiating sophisticated agreements and working with internal legal teams.
  • Deep understanding of AI model development lifecycles and GPU-based tools for training and inference.
