What you'll do

Lead engineering collaborations to drive system bring-ups of sophisticated vehicle hardware and software stacks.
Productize software components for fleet-scale production by crafting and advocating for measurable engineering metrics.
Debug complex problems across sensors, networks, perception systems, and core underlying operating systems.
Shift testing left by integrating core fleet issues into HIL and SIL platforms.
Conceptualize, architect, and productize software tools derived from root cause analysis of system components.
Integrate core system software with AV functions to deliver a high-performance ADAS stack.
Develop highly scalable and efficient applications using system programming, threading, and parallel computing.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in EE/CS or closely related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Excellent programming skills in C++, C, and Python along with source control tools like Git and Perforce.
Knowledge of system programming, threading, mutex, synchronization, communication, and parallel computing.
Strong debugging abilities in highly pipelined software stacks.
Engineering leadership skills across cross-matrixed organizations.
Experience in Automotive Vehicle and/or Robotic System fleet management systems (preferred).
Knowledge of Linux, QNX, Android, and/or other real-time operating systems (preferred).
