What you'll do

Lead the integration of core system software with autonomous vehicle functions for large-scale fleet operations.
Drive system bring-ups of sophisticated vehicle hardware and software stacks through collaboration with internal and external leads.
Productize components by establishing and advocating for measurable engineering metrics.
Debug complex problems across sensors, networks, perception systems, and underlying operating systems.
Shift testing left into HIL and SIL platforms to identify issues impacting the fleet.
Architect and productize software tools derived from root cause analysis of system and operational components.
Develop high-performance, low-latency code for CPU, GPU, memory, and storage architectures.

What we're looking for

BS or MS degree in EE, CS, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of experience in the relevant field.
Strong system software experience is a fundamental requirement.
Proficiency in C++, C, and Python programming languages.
Experience with source control tools such as Git and Perforce.
Knowledge of system programming, threading, mutex, synchronization, communication, and parallel computing.
Experience with GPU, sensor technologies, image processing, computer vision, and multimedia.
Familiarity with automotive technologies, HIL, SIL, and real-time operating systems like Linux or QNX.
