What you'll do

Analyze payment and banking transactions across multiple sources to identify patterns for data commercialization.
Analyze 3 to 5 years of historic transaction data to create macro and micro level statistics.
Support end-to-end analytics projects including requirements development and exploratory data analysis.
Perform data wrangling and conduct data quality checks on final deliverables for clients.
Communicate data insights and implement solutions across various business domains.
Build data dictionaries and manage reference data using specialized tools.

What we're looking for

You must possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
You must have 7+ years of experience in the payments industry with knowledge of Core banking, ACH, Wire, Check, or Card processing.
You must have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
You must be proficient in SQL and a computing language such as Python (preferably PySpark).
You must have strong working knowledge of data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, or NoSQL Databases.
You must have experience with reference data management tools and building data dictionaries.
You must be able to perform business requirements analysis and work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of banking transactions, statistical data analysis techniques, and entity resolution is preferred.
