JOB TITLE: Senior Data Science Engineer
The Senior Data Science Engineer joins the T-Mobile Advertising Solutions team to develop privacy-first advertising products powered by machine learning and cloud technologies. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end development of data products, building scalable training and inference pipelines while applying statistical methods and validation frameworks. You will write production-quality code, contribute to CI/CD and observability practices, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to solve complex algorithmic challenges. Key technologies include Python, PySpark, SQL, Scala, and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, scipy, and numpy. You will utilize cloud platforms like AWS and GCP, along with data warehousing tools like BigQuery, Snowflake, and Redshift. The work involves creating intelligent audience solutions and measurable performance metrics within a large-scale distributed data environment.
Lead end-to-end development of machine learning and data products from problem framing to deployment.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR an Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience.
Degree must be in a Quantitative Discipline such as math, statistics, economics, computer science, physics, or engineering.
4-7 years of experience building and deploying machine learning and deep learning solutions at scale with MLOps and DevOps familiarity.
4-7 years of experience working within big data architecture, modern analytical data platforms, and large-scale data warehousing technologies.
4-7 years of experience working with large-scale distributed data systems and cloud platforms using SQL, Python, and Scala.
4-7 years of experience solving complex data, machine learning, or algorithmic challenges in production environments using modern engineering practices.
Advanced knowledge of cloud-based services (GCP, AWS) and Python, PySpark, and related libraries like pandas, scikit-learn, scipy, and numpy.
