Senior AI Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Research, experiment with, and implement suitable Generative and ML algorithms, tools, and technologies.
• Design, develop, and maintain Models as Service (MaaS) solutions.
• Deliver critical milestones for model deployment within AWS and GCP cloud environments.
• Adopt and promote MLOps best practices across the Data Science community.
• Build and deploy web services and CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitHub Actions.
• Develop repeatable architectural patterns to identify and eliminate system redundancies.
• Provide mentorship and thought leadership to junior engineers and technical peers.
• Manage the end-to-end model development lifecycle from initial ideation through post-production monitoring.

What we're looking for

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future.
• Master’s degree in a related field or 5+ years of equivalent experience in a research or DevOps function.
• 4+ years of experience in ML engineering, data manipulation, and application development.
• 4+ years of Python development experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with IAC and developing CICD pipelines.
• 1+ years of experience in the insurance or broader financial services industry.
• 1+ years of SQL development experience.
• Development experience using both the AWS and GCP suite of tools.
