What you'll do

Design and architect scalable data and AI solutions for complex cross-functional business problems.
Develop and deploy production-ready prototypes for data and AI projects within accelerated timeframes.
Build and maintain multi-agent systems using frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to connect AI agents with enterprise tools and APIs.

What we're looking for

Must have 4+ years of professional software or data engineering experience including solution design and architecture contributions.
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end data and AI systems with clear documentation and stakeholder communication.
Hands-on experience building AI agents, including defining agent skills, tool use, memory, and multi-step reasoning.
Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) to connect agents with external systems.
Experience with agentic frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or Semantic Kernel.
Strong hands-on experience with data engineering including pipelines, ETL/ELT, data modeling, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
