Senior Data Analyst, Product and Strategy Lead

What you'll do

• Mentor and coach data analytics managers and team members using a product-first mindset.
• Develop and guide long-term analytics and data ecosystem strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and scope high-value business cases.
• Identify and champion potential AI and advanced analytics use cases in collaboration with technical teams.
• Construct robust business cases focused on delivering significant financial and operational value.
• Lead discovery sessions, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis to solve complex problems.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear data requirements.
• Formulate data-driven strategic recommendations including risk-benefit analyses and impact assessments.

What we're looking for

• Preferred 4+ years of experience guiding teams with a product-first framework and developing long-term data strategies.
• Preferred 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, IT, or Operational Excellence at a senior level.
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and upskilling data analysts and cross-functional team members.
• Strong conceptual understanding of advanced analytics and identifying business applications for AI/ML technologies.
• Experience working with Big Data systems, cloud-based Data Lakes, and enterprise data visualization platforms.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to senior executive audiences.
• Proven experience driving large-scale programs with high complexity and multi-functional reach.
• Expertise in design thinking and the discovery process to solve business problems.
