Senior Data Analyst - Product and Strategy Lead

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and coach data analytics managers and pod members to deliver high-quality analytical solutions.
• Partner with senior leadership to identify, prioritize, and scope new business and segment-wide data use cases.
• Identify and champion potential AI and advanced analytics use cases in collaboration with digital solutions teams.
• Construct robust business cases focused on delivering high-impact financial and operational value.
• Lead teams through discovery, hypothesis validation, and root-cause analysis to solve complex business problems.
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions to translate complex business needs into clear data requirements.
• Formulate data-driven strategic recommendations including financial impacts, operational outcomes, and risk-benefit analyses.
• Design and implement scalable analytics products in partnership with Product Owners and development teams.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, IT, Operational Excellence, or a related field (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience guiding teams with a product-first framework and developing long-term data strategies (preferred).
• Proven track record of coaching, mentoring, and upskilling data analysts and cross-functional team members.
• Expertise in design thinking and discovery processes.
• Strong conceptual understanding of advanced analytics and identifying business applications for AI/ML technologies.
• Experience working with Big Data systems, cloud-based Data Lakes, and enterprise data visualization platforms.
• Proven experience driving initiatives within programs of large organizational scope and high complexity.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex findings to senior executive audiences.
