What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and build bespoke architectures tailored to public sector procurement and compliance standards.
Deliver product demonstrations and Proofs of Concept (PoCs) across Cloudflare’s security, networking, and developer platforms.
Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial onboarding and implementation through long-term adoption and expansion.
Monitor customer health scores and telemetry to resolve integration bottlenecks in municipal and educational infrastructures.
Drive revenue growth by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on product usage data.
Conduct technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to translate platform capabilities into ROI for C-level executives.
Utilize AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and sandbox provisioning.

What we're looking for

Proven experience working with or selling into SLED, local government, or municipal agencies.
Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, or Sales Engineering.
Broad technical expertise in web security, networking (routing, DNS, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Proven track record of operating in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills to communicate with government C-suite and elected officials.
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for writing custom integration scripts and API connectors.
Experience building or architecting solutions using Cloudflare's developer platform and AI ecosystem.
Authorization to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws without sponsorship for an export license.
