What you'll do

Lead technical discovery and build custom architectures for security, networking, and developer platforms.
Conduct product demonstrations and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for prospective customers.
Manage the full customer lifecycle from initial onboarding through long-term implementation and adoption.
Monitor account health scores and telemetry to resolve bottlenecks and accelerate time-to-value.
Execute technical Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to demonstrate return on investment to executives.
Meet individual sales quotas by driving new business and expanding existing accounts.
Utilize AI agents to automate routine tasks like RFP responses and sandbox provisioning.

What we're looking for

Experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Sales Engineering.
Expertise in web security, networking (DNS, routing, DDoS mitigation), cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
Track record in a quota-carrying or revenue role with knowledge of SaaS metrics and enterprise sales cycles.
Strong presentation skills to communicate technical details to C-suite business strategy.
Hands-on work with Cloudflare's developer platform and AI tools (Workers AI, AI Gateway, Vectorize) (preferred).
Experience with prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, or RAG architectures (preferred).
Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for custom integration scripts and API connectors (preferred).
Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
