What you'll do

  • Own and evolve the curriculum strategy for Enterprise and Mid-Market Sales globally.
  • Build role-specific learning journeys including onboarding and everboarding resources.
  • Create high-quality enablement content that aligns with learning objectives and adult learning principles.
  • Partner directly with senior Sales leaders to define enablement priorities and projects.
  • Design measurement frameworks connecting enablement programs to sales performance metrics.

What we're looking for

  • 6-8 years of experience in Enablement, Learning & Development, Sales, or Revenue Operations.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver high-quality enablement content for sales teams.
  • Track record of designing training programs with measurable business impact.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with senior stakeholders in go-to-market organizations.
  • Expertise in using data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and improve programs.
