What you'll do

  • Deliver technical presentations and demos focusing on customer business requirements.
  • Work alongside account executives to evangelize and propose business value to customers.
  • Assist in sales qualification and own the technical architecture design for solutions.
  • Help customers understand how Arctic Wolf addresses their security concerns and requirements.
  • Create an environment where prospects become customers and existing customers become advocates.

What we're looking for

  • At least 2 years in a customer-facing role, preferably in presales engineering or consulting focused on security solutions.
  • Extensive technical experience in networking, security, identity management, cloud services, and Windows/Linux/Mac operating systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Ability to articulate the business value of cybersecurity technology to both technical and executive audiences.
  • 5+ years supporting or designing enterprise IT systems with a focus on security solutions.
  • CISSP, GCIH, CISA, or CISM certification preferred.
