What we're looking for
J.D. or educational equivalent required.
Admission to practice law and compliance with all relevant licensing requirements for the specific jurisdiction of the role.
Three or more years of experience in legal practice in consumer banking, financial services regulation, and/or financial services litigation.
Excellent legal analysis and research skills, including issue-spotting.
Knowledge of US state legislative and regulatory processes.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to draft and refine existing AI prompts and assistants.
Regulatory, government, or compliance experience (preferred); familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence Solutions Applications, and a technological mindset (preferred).
