What you'll do

Design, develop, troubleshoot, and debug software programs for cloud infrastructure components including databases, networks, and tools.
Implement ML algorithms to detect spike patterns in provisioning failures to minimize operational disruptions.
Expand Kafka integrations using event-driven architecture to support near real-time actions for hardware repairs.
Build an automated ticket routing framework powered by NLP and machine learning to streamline workflows.
Create AI-driven tools and frameworks to automate testing, simulate environments, and reproduce incidents.
Define and evolve standard engineering practices with a specific focus on AI-driven development.
Lead technical discussions across multiple teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud infrastructure components.
Provide direction and mentorship to junior engineers to promote team growth and knowledge sharing.

What we're looking for

Applicants must be able to read, write, and speak English.
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience in the field.
Experience is required in distributed systems, operating systems, virtualized infrastructure, and high-availability services.
Proficiency in programming languages including Python, Java, and TypeScript is required.
Expertise in AI and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn, and NLP libraries like NLTK or spaCy is required.
