Senior Core Infrastructure Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and optimize distributed system components for high-volume data processing, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement fault-tolerant features including redundancy, replication, automatic failover, circuit breakers, and retries.
• Develop automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to streamline troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Build monitoring systems, including custom dashboards, telemetry, and automated alerting for proactive issue detection.
• Participate in incident response, perform root cause analysis, and author operational runbooks.
• Execute performance and load testing to ensure system stability under high demand.
• Implement advanced security controls such as encryption and access management in multi-tenant environments.
• Ensure infrastructure compliance with industry standards through consistent documentation and change management.

What we're looking for

• Must have 3+ years of relevant engineering, architecture, or development/operational experience.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Requires strong experience working on data plane architectures in networking devices.
• Requires strong experience with high-concurrency systems.
• Experience designing and optimizing high performance network solutions using DPDK and C/C++.
• Experience with Linux OSes/kernels, device drivers, performance testing tools, and distributed debugging tools.
• Expert knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts and technologies.
• Experience working in startups or fast-paced enterprise technology development environments.
