The Senior Consulting Manager, Lead IT Infrastructure Managed Services joins the IT Infrastructure Managed Services team to provide end-to-end ownership of managed services offerings. This role involves leading service strategy, governance, performance, and continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with business unit growth and customer requirements. Key responsibilities include governing service delivery against SLAs and contractual obligations, serving as an executive escalation point, and leading quarterly business reviews. The candidate will develop transformation initiatives such as automation, AIOps, self-healing, and predictive operations. Required skills include expertise in IT infrastructure operations, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, security, and disaster recovery. Proficiency in ITIL service management practices, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, and monitoring and observability tools is essential for managing major incident, problem, change, capacity, and availability processes.
Own the strategy, governance, performance, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure managed services.
Govern service delivery against SLAs, contractual obligations, and governance frameworks while addressing risks.
Serve as the executive escalation point for service-related matters and lead quarterly business reviews.
Develop and execute continual service improvement plans including automation, AIOps, and service modernization.
Oversee service quality and compliance across incident, problem, change, capacity, and security processes.
Build trusted stakeholder relationships and communicate service performance, risks, and transformation initiatives.
What we're looking for
Experience with end-to-end ownership, governance, performance management, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure managed services.
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure operations, cloud and hybrid infrastructure, infrastructure security, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
Experience governing IT service management processes including major incident, problem, change, capacity, availability, and service continuity management.
Experience with ITIL service management practices, ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms, and monitoring and observability tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, lead governance meetings, address service escalations, and communicate performance and risks.
Experience implementing automation, AIOps, self-healing, and predictive operations within a managed services environment (preferred).
Knowledge of ISO, security, audit, risk-management, and compliance standards (preferred).
Experience developing service catalogs, RACI models, operating procedures, quality metrics, and performance scorecards (preferred).
