What you'll do

Lead the architecture and technical design for mobile applications, Java backend services, and enterprise integrations.
Perform hands-on full-stack development across Flutter-based front-ends and Java-based microservices.
Champion AI-enabled development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
Integrate AI-powered features such as personalization and recommendations into customer-facing mobile experiences.
Establish engineering standards, reusable design patterns, and observability protocols for scalable systems.
Evaluate vendor solutions and provide build-versus-buy recommendations for mobile platform technologies.
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while providing technical guidance across the entire development lifecycle.
Communicate technical strategy, project risks, and delivery progress to executive leadership.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Master's degree in a related field is preferred.
Senior-level experience in full stack development across mobile front-end and backend services.
Practical experience with Flutter, Dart, iOS (Swift, Xcode), Android (Kotlin), and Firebase.
Experience in backend service development using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
Experience leveraging AI-enabled development tools and engineering automation solutions like Claude, Cursor, Copilot, or AWS Kiro.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and API development.
