What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Veeva Network MDM for global healthcare and life sciences clients.
Analyze client data needs to design system configurations that create a single source of truth for provider data.
Architect high-level platform configurations, map data flows, and ensure successful technical integrations.
Connect Veeva Network MDM with Vault CRM to enable seamless field data updates and accurate customer profiles.
Configure user-friendly dashboards, widgets, and portals to facilitate easy data access for business users.
Conduct workshops and present complex technical data concepts in plain language to client stakeholders.
Manage project timelines, mitigate risks, and lead a team of technical specialists to ensure timely delivery.
Mentor junior consultants and develop reusable templates and guides to improve future implementation efficiency.

What we're looking for

Must have 5+ years of software consulting or professional services experience leading customer-facing technology implementations.
Must have 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring Veeva Network MDM or a similar major master data management system.
Must possess a solid understanding of data integration tools including SQL, ETL processes, APIs, and CSV/FTP file transfers.
Must have experience working with structured project timelines such as Agile or Scrum.
Must possess excellent presentation and writing skills to manage client relationships and lead meetings.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Must be able to travel 20-30% for client meetings.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
