Senior Compliance Automation Engineer

What you'll do

• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to streamline compliance operations.
• Build and maintain full-stack engineering solutions for compliance inventory management and control monitoring.
• Develop automated alerting and remediation processes to reduce audit risk.
• Implement compliance lifecycle management tools to support global cloud services governance.
• Leverage artificial intelligence technologies to reduce manual effort and audit risk.
• Design software solutions based on requirements gathered from end users using modern architectural practices.
• Build and manage end-to-end SDLC pipelines to reliably deploy and manage software solutions.
• Participate in technical design and governance discussions regarding compliance implications.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience developing software or automation.
• Strong software development skills in Python, Java, or Scala, with a specific requirement to understand and support Python.
• Ability to solicit requirements from end users and design software solutions using modern architectural practices.
• Track record of delivering automation solutions, ideally to address security or compliance problems.
• Understanding of modern SDLC processes and tools and the ability to build an end-to-end SDLC pipeline.
• Experience leveraging emerging AI technologies or a strong commitment to learn (preferred).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and work on multiple unrelated topics in any given week (preferred).
• Ability to develop relationships and work effectively with different teams across technical, policy, and business concerns (preferred).
