What you'll do

Identify high-value workflow automation and AI integration opportunities by partnering directly with legal practice groups.
Act as the technical DRI for Legal AI tools, owning the full lifecycle from intake through deployment.
Build, test, and deploy multi-agent workflows, RAG pipelines, and AI copilots using Claude Enterprise.
Translate business requirements into engineering-ready specifications for internal engineering teams.
Navigate internal governance processes including security and privacy reviews on behalf of legal stakeholders.
Manage the Legal Tech project portfolio to ensure initiatives are tracked and prioritized for leadership.
Design and deliver training sessions and adoption playbooks for Claude Enterprise tailored to legal personas.
Track usage metrics and report AI adoption KPIs to Legal Technology and CLO leadership.

What we're looking for

8+ years of professional experience in Legal Technology or Enterprise SaaS implementation.
Minimum of 2 years of experience using AI in workflows and to support customers.
Proven track record of architecting and building AI-powered applications including multi-agent workflows, retrieval systems, and LLM integrations.
Experience in forward-deployed, embedded, or client-centric technical positions.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing custom business solutions and integrations using enterprise platforms.
Ability to research and implement custom applications from marketplaces through design and implementation.
Advanced degree (e.g., MS/MBA) in Business, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
Excellent communication skills for critiquing technical designs, leading workshops, and engaging with senior leadership.
