What you'll do

Drive end-to-end energy storage system development on accelerated timelines.
Define actionable ESS requirements from user stories and CONOPs.
Execute battery cell selection, validation, and BMS design.
Develop and validate BMS hardware and software features.
Support bring-up, test, debug, and vehicle integration of ESS.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physical Sciences with 5+ years of energy storage system experience.
Proficient in battery test equipment and cell validation techniques.
Experience in BMS programming, electrical circuit design, or equivalent.
Knowledge of electrochemical materials, modern BMS capabilities, and safety standards.
Expertise in battery characterization methods including mission profile validation and cycle life assessment.
Familiarity with UN38.3, NAVSEA S9310, UL, IEC, or similar battery safety regulations.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work permanently in the U.S.
