What you'll do

Conduct root cause analysis and drive countermeasures for fielded ESS issues.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physical Sciences with 5+ years of energy storage experience.
Proficient in battery test equipment and characterization methods for validation, safety features assessment.
Experience with programming/modeling tools (Matlab/Simulink) or electrical circuit design/integration.
Knowledge of modern BMS capabilities and requirements in hardware and software/firmware.
Understanding of UN38.3, NAVSEA S9310, or equivalent battery safety standards.
