What you'll do

Drive end-to-end energy storage system development on accelerated timelines.
Define actionable ESS requirements from user stories and CONOPs.
Execute battery cell selection, validation, and BMS integration.
Conduct hands-on assembly, test, debug, and vehicle integration of ESS.
Manage ramp-up plan from development units to production.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physical Sciences with 5+ years of energy storage experience.
Proficient in battery test equipment including cell and pack cyclers, thermal chambers, and health testers.
Knowledge of modern BMS capabilities and requirements in hardware and software/firmware.
Experience in battery characterization methods such as mission profile validation and equivalent-circuit model characterization.
Understanding of UN38.3, NAVSEA S9310, or equivalent (UL, IEC) battery safety standards.
Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
