  • Define actionable ESS requirements from user stories and CONOPs.
  • Execute battery cell selection, validation, and BMS integration.
  • Conduct hands-on assembly, test, debug, and vehicle integration of ESS.
  • Manage ramp-up plan from development units to production.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Physical Sciences with 5+ years of energy storage experience.
  • Proficient in battery test equipment including cell and pack cyclers, thermal chambers, and health testers.
  • Knowledge of modern BMS capabilities and requirements in hardware and software/firmware.
  • Experience in battery characterization methods such as mission profile validation and equivalent-circuit model characterization.
  • Understanding of UN38.3, NAVSEA S9310, or equivalent (UL, IEC) battery safety standards.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
