Senior Automation Manager

What you'll do

• Manage and lead the site automation engineering team while overseeing professional development and daily operations.
• Drive the automation strategy for the facility to ensure alignment with global standards and local manufacturing needs.
• Oversee the design, commissioning, and validation of process control systems for the Greenfield project.
• Maintain the validated state of systems and processes by generating necessary qualification protocols.
• Establish and maintain robust lifecycle management for all site control and manufacturing systems.
• Partner with IT and Quality stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance across automated platforms.
• Serve as the primary technical owner and administrator for Distributed Control Systems, including Rockwell SCADA and DeltaV.
• Lead large and complex automation projects while driving initiatives for reliability and continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related engineering or scientific discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of systems engineer experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Rockwell control systems.
• At least 3 years of experience managing teams.
• Experience administering control systems such as Rockwell SCADA as a System Administrator.
• Experience with control system hardware including controllers, power supplies, and I/Os.
• Proficiency in GxP environments with a strong understanding of GAMP5 and computer system validation (CSV) requirements.
• Experience with DeltaV Distributed Control Systems and other site control systems.
• Ability to participate in a 24X7 on-call environment to meet business continuity requirements.
