What you'll do

  • Design and build automated manufacturing systems to enhance production efficiency, quality, and safety.
  • Own the design and integration of automation cells including robots, conveyance systems, and inspection tools.
  • Generate 2D and 3D CAD files for automation lines and their components.
  • Work with IE and Facilities teams to layout new and existing factory production lines.
  • Enforce internal processes and standards in requirements definition, vendor solicitation, and safety compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 6+ years of experience designing and commissioning automated production equipment
  • Proficient in robot/cobot selection, integration, path planning, EOAT design, dresspacks, and safety
  • Experience with multiple conveyance systems (fixed/palletized, AGV/AMR, slat, overhead carrier)
  • Strong 3D CAD skills using NX software
  • Experience integrating various control components including PLCs, HMIs, pushbuttons, stack lights, safety scanners
