Senior Associate, Systems Engineering

What you'll do

• Design and configure lab-based test environments to emulate operational and mission conditions.
• Develop test architectures, automation frameworks, scripts, and innovative validation methods.
• Perform integration, regression, stress, and negative testing to characterize system behavior.
• Validate hardware, software, and system-of-systems implementations in bench-top and over-the-air environments.
• Evaluate system performance, interfaces, and interoperability to ensure products meet quality requirements.
• Refine team procedures and data reporting methods to ensure continuous improvement in test execution.
• Support new business pursuits by providing demos, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Mentor and train team members on new technologies and test configuration procedures.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
• Ability to work outside in all-weather conditions and perform physical tasks like lifting and installing equipment.
• Ability to drive L3Harris vehicles.
• Familiarity with RF communications and propagation (preferred).
• Knowledge of networking including TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN technologies (preferred).
• Prior military or professional communications experience including radio operation and/or repair (preferred).
