The Senior Associate, Systems Engineer joins a team supporting the requirements, design, development, test, and integration of complex, specialized hardware and software systems installed on ground and airborne platforms. This role operates within a dynamic, fast-paced Quick Reaction Capability environment. Key responsibilities include translating customer needs into system-level requirements, performing requirement traceability, conducting verification testing, and developing trade studies. The engineer will create system block diagrams, write subsystem specifications, and evaluate electrical wiring diagrams. Technical requirements include knowledge of LAN and VOIP protocols, IP routing, and mission systems such as EO/IR, Video, Networks, SI/EW, and Avionics Interfaces. The position involves troubleshooting electrical signal interfaces and RF systems while managing engineering efforts for FAA-certified general category aircraft and multi-domain mobile airborne datalink, video, voice, and data communication systems.

Active DoW Secret security clearance.
Active Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance (preferred).
Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of experience with Aircraft systems architecture design, integration, and/or ground/flight test certification.
Graduate Degree with 0-2 years of experience with Aircraft systems architecture design, integration, and/or ground/flight test certification.
Minimum of 6 years of experience with Aircraft systems architecture design, integration, and/or ground/flight test certification in lieu of a degree.
2 or more years of hands-on experience with systems engineering, configuration, testing, integrating, and/or verifying software and/or hardware in multi-domain mobile airborne datalink, video, voice and data communication systems.
Working knowledge of LAN and VOIP protocols to include IP routing.
