What you'll do

Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for data-driven personalized experiences.

Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and identify research needs for feature design.
Influence architecture and align stakeholders across engineering, data science, and business organizations.
Conduct research to develop features that utilize new and evolving technologies.
Articulate a succinct product roadmap to stakeholders to deliver and communicate business value.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
At least 2 years of experience working in Product Management.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
Experience with data flows built on modern data environments inclusive of data lakes, Snowflake, APIs, and Streams (preferred).
Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
Ability to work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features.
Ability to break down business epics into features and user stories.
