Senior Associate, Product Management - Upmarket Card Team joins the product management team to develop innovative customer experiences through technology. In this role, you will collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, break down business epics into features and user stories, and manage prioritized feature development roadmaps. You will work autonomously in an agile environment alongside designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to deliver well-managed product platforms. The position requires skills in hypothesis-driven assessment of data, translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products, and navigating complex architecture strategies. You will focus on the core product platforms powering digital experiences for the upmarket card segment. Required competencies include clear communication of complex ideas, a bias toward action, and the ability to manage risk while delivering high-value features in an evolving technology landscape.
Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams to define future feature designs.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Use hypothesis-driven data assessment to ensure product features meet actual business needs.
Own and prioritize the development roadmap while ensuring all risk management procedures are followed.
Conduct research in an agile environment to develop features utilizing new and evolving technologies.
Partner with designers, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to build cutting-edge customer solutions.
Analyze technology trends and architecture strategies to deliver well-managed product platforms.
Communicate succinct product roadmaps to stakeholders to articulate business value and project goals.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred: A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
