As a Senior Associate, Product Management - Card Technology, you will join the team responsible for transforming the card technology stack through a next-generation, in-house Card Core platform. You will lead the product strategy and delivery for Partnerships Data Modernization, where you will define the vision, execution roadmap, and architecture for migrating critical data to a modern platform. Your daily work involves breaking down business epics into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing feature development roadmaps in an agile environment. You will collaborate with designers, technologists, and data scientists to build resilient, scalable data ecosystems. The role requires expertise in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, or software engineering to solve complex technical challenges regarding partner experiences and data infrastructure while ensuring the reliability of core products powering digital experiences for millions of customers.
Define the vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for migrating critical data to a modern platform.
Break down business epics into specific features and user stories to drive Minimum Viable Product (MVP) testing.
Develop comprehensive acceptance criteria in collaboration with technical teams to define future feature designs.
Own and prioritize feature development roadmaps while ensuring all risk management procedures are followed.
Use hypothesis-driven assessment of data to ensure product features meet specific business needs.
Collaborate with designers, data scientists, and engineers to build cutting-edge solutions for customer experience.
Communicate complex technical concepts and succinct product roadmaps to diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Research and implement emerging technology trends to maintain a resilient and scalable data ecosystem.
What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience.
Must have at least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred: A Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
Preferred: At least 1 year of experience as a product owner in an agile development process with cross-functional teams.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
