What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
  • Demonstrate an interest and aptitude for AI, including using it for personal projects or building automations.
  • Experience with AI-driven development environments like Cursor, Claude Code, or GitHub Copilot is preferred.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
  • Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions for customers.
  • Must be able to deliver results through business focus, execution excellence, and technical innovation.
  • Must possess transformational leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
