What you'll do

Own and prioritize the near-term product roadmap to deliver measurable business outcomes and success metrics.

Develop and communicate a 6-month vision to senior stakeholders regarding risks, impediments, and product strategy.
Define actionable problem statements and acceptance criteria based on customer insights and iterative software delivery.
Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure the delivery of a resilient tooling foundation for partner initiatives.
Translate business strategy into intuitive UI improvements that reduce cognitive load for frontline agents.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
At least 1 year of experience in product management, product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering (preferred).
1+ years of experience translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences (preferred).
1+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process (preferred).
