What you'll do

Develop, configure, and maintain software systems, databases, and websites to meet internal and external business needs.
Manage and deliver technology solutions including Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Agentic Salesforce, and AI solutions like Gemini and Claude.
Participate in delivering AI enablement and integration initiatives across the organization.
Write functional and technical specifications, including functional and technical unit testing, in coordination with stakeholders.
Proactively monitor and maintain application platform environments to ensure stability and performance.
Track project progress and application status using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
Communicate technical issues and solution statuses clearly to business owners, vendors, and technical teams.
Adhere to Agile processes and established design control processes during the development lifecycle.

What we're looking for

2-4 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Working experience with Salesforce Sales/Service cloud, Jira, Gearset, Github, Checkmarx, Dell Boomi, APIGEE, Attunity, Kafka, Gemini, and Claude (a plus).
Basic understanding of Agentic solutions/applications, including Gemini, Claude, and Salesforce (preferred).
Ability to understand business needs, relate to AI solutions, and communicate findings to multi-level audiences.
Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to provide clear status reports to technical and non-technical team members.
