What you'll do

Perform hands-on data analysis and modeling with large datasets.
Apply data mining, NLP, and machine learning to improve relevance and personalization algorithms.
Discover, import, clean, and prepare data sources for model readiness through ETL processes.
Create and refine features from underlying data to improve model performance.
Run A/B tests and perform statistical analysis to communicate optimization results to leadership.
Design experiments and minimum viable products alongside product managers and software engineers.
Explore new technologies and design shifts to identify potential customer benefits.

What we're looking for

MS or PhD in an appropriate technology field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Math, or Operations Research.
1+ years of industry experience with AI science.
1+ years of experience in modern advanced analytical tools and programming languages such as R or Python with scikit-learn.
Proficiency in SQL, Hive, or SparkSQL.
Comfort working in a Linux environment.
1+ years of experience in data mining algorithms and statistical modeling techniques including clustering, regression, and neural nets.
Solid communication skills to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
