What you'll do

Select appropriate AI approaches and identify failure modes like hallucination, bias, and drift.
Curate task-specific datasets and design evaluation frameworks for non-deterministic workflows.
Build AI-centric features while balancing trade-offs between latency, cost, and quality.
Integrate AI agents into the science workflow for experiment orchestration and hyperparameter search.
Apply advanced ML techniques including Causal-ML, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to real-world problems.
Provide accurate project estimates and manage the full development cycle of major features.
Run A/B tests and communicate technical impact to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Use customer feedback and product data to influence product direction and define success metrics.

What we're looking for

BS, MS, or PhD in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Applied Math, Operations Research, or a related field.
5+ years of industry experience with AI science.
Hands-on expertise in ML paradigms including Causal-ML, supervised/unsupervised, Online, Bayesian, Reinforcement, and Deep Learning.
Proficiency in NLP techniques, explainable AI, and common ML frameworks.
Expertise in Python, Scala, Java, and/or R.
Proficiency in SQL, Hive, and SparkSQL within a Linux environment.
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
