What you'll do

Design, implement, and maintain scalable AI software systems for HP commercial PCs.
Oversee the installation, configuration, testing, and maintenance of operating systems and AI application software.
Monitor and test AI application performance to identify and fix potential bottlenecks.
Optimize software systems for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
Gather system engineering requirements for infrastructure components from engineering groups and stakeholders.
Lead project teams through all stages of design, coding, testing, and integration for complex products.
Review designs and project activities to ensure compliance with systems design guidelines and standards.
Drive the innovation and integration of new technologies into the software systems design organization.

What we're looking for

Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline or commensurate work experience.
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience in systems engineering, computer programming language, or a related field.
Certified Software Systems Engineer (CSSE) (preferred).
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) (preferred).
Proficiency in C++, Python, and SQL programming languages.
Experience with AI workloads, inferencing, microservices, and Microsoft Azure.
Knowledge of Windows 11 internals, APIs, and Agile Methodology.
Skills in software engineering, debugging, scalability, and system design.
