Senior Software Engineer, AI Platform

What you'll do

• Design and implement secure CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment across multiple enclaves.
• Build Infrastructure-as-Code frameworks using Terraform or Ansible to provision environments meeting DISA STIG and NIST 800-53 requirements.
• Create monitoring and logging infrastructure to support security operations, troubleshooting, and incident response.
• Optimize build and test processes to reduce deployment friction and integrate security controls early in the lifecycle.
• Own concrete epics end-to-end to improve the functional and operational experience of the CI platform.
• Instrument metrics to measure and validate improvements in the continuous integration experience.
• Maintain and manage systems across complex delivery ecosystems, including Cloud and Robot environments.

What we're looking for

• Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Rust.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including design patterns, testing, version control, and debugging.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code using Crossplane, Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm).
• Understanding of Linux system administration, networking, and scripting in Python and Bash.
• Experience deploying and maintaining systems in classified DoD or IC environments (preferred).
• Experience with CircleCI, GitOps workflows, and declarative infrastructure management (preferred).
